All commission prices are NOT for Commercial Use (EXCEPT Vtuber Commission)
For commercial work, please discuss with me beforehand as the price will vary.
Payment is made via Wise. PAYPAL is also acceptable but please note that extra charges (eg: tax) may be applied. Payment in USD only.
All commissions (EXCEPT Vtuber Commission) must all be paid in full upfront.
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing.
Please give me all suitable references for your commission BEFORE it is completed.
Working speed may vary depending on the queue. For a normal illustration it might take 1-3 month max for me to finish your commission. I will inform you in advance if I cannot complete your order in due time.
A sketch will be given for approval stage. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.
If I were to take on a deadline there would be an extra fee for pushing the art up above the queue.
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
Commissioner may post the artwork on their personal space/media.
I have the right to refuse a commission without needing a reason.
Refunds are given on a workload done basis.

Price may be subjected to an additional $30+ fee depending on the character complexity and intricate details.

Revision
Major revisions such as changes in pose, outfit, hairstyle etc should be done during the sketching process.
After line art, only minor changes will be allowed. I will actively reach out for feedback.
Additional charge may be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.
Use
Any Work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.
Delivery and deadline
Before starting the project, the Client provides a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% before final revisions or delivery.
If you want to make multiple down payments, please discuss with me.
It might take 1-5 months to complete the work depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions.
Any rushed work requires an additional 100USD
Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes. Note that each project may vary. Please plan your launches and debut accordingly.
Finished Work will be delivered through email.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal and commercial use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.Personal use includes: Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social
media posts, physical prints and products that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases; and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or another platform or on any platform.
Clients may not at any time modify, edit, change the Work without permission from the Artist.
Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social username @otromeru
